Dear students Hi!

This is the eclass of the lesson "Teaching English for Specific Purposes (Theory)".

In this series of lessons for this academic semester we are going to examine situations where you will be asked to use English for realistic purposes in the fields of your future studies and career paths as graduates of this Department.

Therefore, we are going to delve into terms and vernacular use of English for typical Hotel dialogues and bookings. We are going to deal with crisis management, i.e. dealing with complaints. In aspects of public relations we will analyze body language and intercultural elements. Last but not least, academic English will be processed by recent scientific papers.
