ADVANCED MECHANICS OF COMPOSITE LAMINATES, PLATES AND STRUCTURES:

This graduate course aims to introduce the student (1) to the main laminate mechanics theories and models available for the analysis of composite plates and structures, and (2) to provide a brief introduction to micromechanics models and the concept of multi-scale analysis of composite structures.
